Liberating Structures User Group
Details
The Liberating Structures (LS) User Group exists to invent a new way to organize by playing, practicing, pondering, and pouncing together. LS are simple rules that make it possible to include and engage every voice in shaping the future. For many people, the User Group is their first experience with Liberating Structures.
The LS repertoire consists of 33 practical and seriously fun methods versatile enough for anyone to use for a wide array of activities and challenges.
We often have pre-identified themes and user group design co-leads. The meeting has three elements: reconnecting; giving and getting help; and, trying something new. For each element, we put specific LS activities into play. Many of the combinations or strings of LS can be used after the meeting in your local setting.
