Hello - This Meet Up Group is for those of us that want to stop renting and own our own home. Theresa Ahdieh (me) owner of Under The Pink Umbrella with Windermere Real Estate Company and Kara Rozanski Loan Officer with Origin Point Home Loans are hosting quarterly Meet Ups to help YOU understand how to buy your own home (condo, townhouse, single family home). We are creating a safe place to ask questions, laugh, share fears about buying or selling your home. Questions like: How do I get financing? What does Market Ready mean? Do I need to have 20% down? What is PMI? What hidden costs are there? How do I know I am not over spending? How do I know I am listing my house at a fair value & not leaving money on the table? Can I really afford living in Seattle? These questions and more will be addressed -
We will meet up at least once a quarter and fun locations local breweries, wineries, coffee shops, etc - Kara and I want to take the mystic away about buying and selling a home. Join us - no pressure to use either of us as your people - we want to help you and we want to make sure you have fun at the same time. It is possible!
