Paddle Boarding @ Lake Union! ☀️🏔️🐳

Join us for our first week night paddle of the year!

Let's enjoy the beautiful weather and hang out on Lake Union! Please keep in mind that this event is cross-posted with the Seattle Paddleboard Club meetup that doesn't have an age limit.

We'll meet at Gasworks Park at 6:30 pm to begin inflating our boards and try to take off from there at around 6:45. We will probably paddle northeast and then stop by Gasworks Brewing on our way back! Their burgers and brews are amazing!

Parking:
There is usually parking in the parking lot, otherwise you can find spots along the road to the northeast of the park, then walk or paddle down.

The waiver also contains safety information that may impact your preparation, so please complete the waiver BEFORE you depart for the activity. You only need to fill it out once, ever.

BYOP (Bring Your Own Paddle board) - I think the rental locations will close before the meetup ends.

What to bring:
Your SUP and paddle
Your SUP pump if your board is inflatable
A personal floatation device (WA state law!)
A whistle or horn (WA state law!)
A drink to stay hydrated and a snack for an energy boost
A small dry bag for your phone, keys, wallet, and shoes
