Fremont Oktoberfest!

NOTE: We have a Discord community with a channel called "events-and-spontaneous-hangouts" to help people find the group!
Don your Lederhosen or Dirndl and join us for beer, snacks, and festivities at the Fremont Oktoberfest! There will be live music ranging from traditional German polka bands to DJs, ample food trucks offering a wide array of cuisines, dancing, and of course a fantastic selection of beer! Whether you're in the mood for traditional German beer or those hipster American IPAs, there's something for everybody!
We'll meet at 5:30 pm at the Fremont Dinosaurs Topiary, kind of near Theo Chocolate. At 6 pm, we will enter the festival. We'll also do our best to monitor the "events-and-spontaneous-hangouts" Discord channel. That being said, please keep in mind that if you arrive late, it might be hard to find our group, since we usually split up a bit and the crowds can get chaotic. I would recommend against showing up later unless you have been to previous meetups with us and would recognize people in our group, or you have other friends that you are coming with, or you are comfortable just winging it on your own.
