Note for Baker June 7th group - Carry all essentials but no training weight, try to be under 25lbs.
WE ENCOURAGE CARPOOL, MEET AT P&R TO AVOID TAKING PARKING SPACES AT TRAILHEAD AND REDUCE CARBON IMPACT. Those who stay closer to TH can collaborate and head there directly. Keep the lead informed if you intend to do so.

Clothing:
• Non-cotton synthetic t-shirt / technical Ts / Woolen base layer + T-shirt
• Hiking pant (non-cotton).
• Mountaineering Boot.
• Woolen / synthetic socks.
• At least one jacket (fleece / light puffy).
• Rain Jackets/Pants.
• Gloves, beanie. (Waterproof gloves, carry backup gloves if you do not have waterproof gloves)
What to carry:
• Water (suggest 3 liters min.)
• Headlamps
• Ten Essentials (If you don’t have some of these for this hike, inform the lead. But these are good to keep and well need them sooner or later)
• Breakfast and lunch to cover long hike, any personal medications.
• Ice Axe
• Crampons
Helmet
• Gaiters
• Trash bag for dirty clothes and shoes
