What to bring
• Non-cotton synthetic t-shirt / technical Ts / Woolen base layer + T-shirt
• Hiking pant (non-cotton).
• Hiking Shoes / Boot.
• Woolen / synthetic socks.
• At least one jacket (fleece / light puffy).
• Gloves, beanie.
• Rain Jackets/Pants.

25lb Rainer/Glacier Peak group
20lb Baker/Adams group

What to carry:

• Water (suggest 2 liters min.)
• Headlamps
• Ten Essentials (If you don’t have some of these for this hike, inform the lead. But these are good to keep and well need them sooner or later)
• Some snacks, any personal medications.
• Hiking poles
• Micro spikes
• Trash bag for dirty clothes and shoes
