Grow all the mushrooms you need on coffee grounds!

Learn how to grow virtually unlimited amounts of oyster mushrooms on coffee grounds that are free for taking.

Our speaker will also discuss and demonstrate methods of log and stump inoculation, growing mushrooms on wood chips and straw, and growing mushrooms in the garden on compost. Speaker has over 20 years and teaches a class at Raintree Nursery and Seattle Tilth.

Classes are $20 and last around two hours (1:00 - 3:00PM).

They will be held in University Place at our Permaculture/Organic Garden.
