Work-Life balance is a challenge for many of us in this very busy world. Burnout from work is no laughing matter. The toll it take on our psyche, our health, and our relationships can take years to recognize and repair.

Here are 3 symptoms of burnout:
Ongoing fatigue
Non-restorative sleep (sleep? I've heard of that!)
Irritable, short temper

Let's spend a little time talking about the worst of it, and then.. get on with it already! (see, short temper :)

A little bit of humor can help us see that it can change, that there's hope. Of course, we may also know someone who tries the humor approach, and you'd swear they wrapped it in barbed wire, right?

Burnout is a sign that things are off balance. This puts the body in distress, which activates the nervous system to be on-guard. What does that do to your abundance and prosperity? A lot, none of it good.

There are ways to shift out of that feeling that nothing's going to change. We'll spend some quality time in active (that means you participate) calming and quieting techniques.
