About us

Greetings and welcome to our lively community!
Imagine a place where healing, personal development, and spiritual exploration come together. That's precisely what our Psychedelic Advocacy Network is all about.

We're a group of like-minded individuals who believe in the power of psychedelics to bring positive change to our lives. When you join our community, you become part of a network that's all about connecting with others in a meaningful way. Through sharing knowledge and personal experiences, we can support each other on our individual journeys.

Together, we dive into the incredible world of consciousness-expanding agents and discover their incredible benefits. We're all about gaining valuable insights into the medicinal value of psychedelics and exploring the transformative potential they hold.

So come on in and join our vibrant community. We can't wait to meet you and share this incredible journey together!

Warmly,

Pamela & Henry

For over a decade, Maketai, Inc. has worked alongside the Achuar people of Ecuador’s Amazon rainforest in support of ecological protection, cultural preservation, and social justice initiatives.

Founded in 2010 by Sister Judy “Jaguar” Bisignano and Sandra Morse, Maketai builds partnerships — not charity — rooted in listening, respect, and reciprocity.

In this online gathering, Sandra Morse will share stories and firsthand experiences from more than 20 eco-retreat journeys into the Amazon, where visitors are invited to learn directly from Achuar communities about living in relationship with the forest.

Rather than studying nature from the outside, the Achuar perspective invites us to rediscover communication with the living world — plants, animals, rivers, and dreams — as part of a reciprocal ecosystem of awareness.

    This evening focuses on:

    • How indigenous wisdom approaches ecology differently from modern sustainability models
    • What “listening to the forest” actually means in daily life
    • How a cross-cultural partnership works without exploitation
    • What the Achuar are protecting — and why it matters globally

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with Sandra during the final portion of the event.

About the Speaker — Sandra Morse
Sandra Morse is a communications facilitator based in Tucson, Arizona. She guides eco-retreats into the Ecuadorian Amazon, where groups learn directly from Achuar families and leaders.

Over the past 15 years, she has led more than twenty immersive journeys into the rainforest. As CEO of Maketai, Inc., Sandra works collaboratively with Achuar communities to support locally led initiatives while fostering respectful cultural exchange.

Psychedelic experiences often open ordinary awareness and reveal new inner and outer dimensions of life. From this place, many discover a deeply felt sense that the Earth is alive, sacred, and intimately connected to our own being.

This awareness — sometimes called eco-spiritual wisdom — begins to reshape how we think, act, and relate to ourselves, to one another, and to the living world around us.

Together, we will explore how eco-spiritual teachings can help us navigate and integrate these experiences. Explore how to love and tend the Earth while also receiving the nourishment and generosity it continually offers us.

If you wish to contribute to the format of this time together, please send me one passage/quote that has given you insight into developing your relationship with our Living Earth.

Email to powell14@cox.net under Subject line: Eco-spiritual Contemplation.

In addition to a passage, any material you would like to share, such as films, music, poetry, writings, etc., and why you value them, is appreciated and will help me construct the 75 minutes we have together. I look forward to our gathering.

Our January online gathering is a supportive, heart-centered space to explore how experiences with 5-MeO-DMT have impacted your life in meaningful and positive ways.

Together, we’ll gently reflect on shifts in identity and worldview, including moments that may have felt destabilizing, and share practical ways to work with and integrate these changes over time.

Whether you’ve had a recent experience and are seeking clarity, are still integrating an earlier journey, or feel called to share your story with others who understand, you are warmly welcome.

Even if you haven’t had a 5-MeO-DMT experience yourself, you’re invited to listen, learn, and ask questions in a respectful and open environment.

This free gathering is open to anyone drawn to grounding and integrating expanded states of consciousness in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental community setting.

    Facilitators:
Co-hosted by Henry Passot, Co-Founder of Psychedelic Advocacy Network, and Peter Schubert, an end-of-life doula and enthusiastic participant in plant medicine practices.
