Qiskit Fall Fest 2025 - Challenges, Hackathon, Game Day

Come join us to work on Quantum Computing and earn a certificate from IBM, as part of SQCM's implementation of the Qiskit Fall Fest 2025!

We will have:

Qiskit 101 Materials
Qiskit Coding Challenges (Beginner and Intermediate)
Qiskit Hackathon Prompts (protein, QKD, financial, games)
Quantum Computing Games (Entanglion board game, QPong online)

QPong is a quantum computing-powered re-imagining of the classic video game Pong, where a quantum computer controlled by the player competes against a classical computer. Developed using IBM's Qiskit framework, QPong allows users to learn fundamental quantum concepts like superposition and measurement in a fun, familiar game setting.

We will hold a drawing for a free copy of Learn Quantum Computing with Python and IBM Quantum: Write your own practical quantum programs with Python 2nd ed. Edition by Robert Loredo from IBM Quantum.

This is a great way to learn how to program quantum computers and learn the fundamentals of Qiskit. You can run jobs on real IBM quantum hardware, as well as on the simulator!
