Qiskit Developers Conference Debrief + Holiday Party

Agenda:

1. Debrief on the Qiskit Developers Conference in ATL in mid-November (Natalie H)

2. Jennifer Tran will present on: Concerns with quantum computing and what research has been done in the blockchain space to implement post-quantum cryptography.

This will take place within the theme of a QC Holiday Party. Feel free to bring a holiday snack or dish to share; i.e. potluck style.
