RSVP is optional. Even if you don't see people signed up on Meetup, there are always a handful of regulars out for the run. Between 10 and 20, depending on the state of the skies and desire for beer. Meet at Flying Lion Brewing every Monday for 5 miles (there is also a 5 kilometer option).
Most people run between 9:30 min/mile and 7:00 min/mile. For greater than 9:30 min/mile, come run the 5k option! That route is simply 1.55 miles out and then back through Genesee Park both ways. It's the nicest part of the run...fun to do twice!
Pints after are optional, of course. The brewery will also provide water and the next door neighbors are Full Tilt Ice Cream! $1 off your pint for SRC members. Kids and dogs both allowed in the brewery, but no beer for the kids.
