Seattle Rust User Group - July Meetup

**IN-PERSON Seattle Rust User Group Meetup announcement!**

I am excited to announce that after some searching, Microsoft has kindly agreed to host our Meetups going forward at the Redmond Reactor facility!

July Meeting Agenda:
* Introducing the Organizers
* Presentation: (Annual?) State of Rust Overview
* Conversations:
- New SRUG Meeting format
- Possible upcoming special events
- Call for future presenters and "lightning talks"
* Current Project "Lightning talks" + breakout groups OR
Presentation: Effective Rust: Idiomatic Error Handling (TBD)

- If are working on a project large or small in Rust, you are invited to introduce your topic to the group as a ~5-minute "lightning talk". No slides required, just share what you are thinking about building.

I am hoping to have 3-4 projects to introduce each month from our membership. After introducing your project to the group, the meeting will break into smaller groups, where members self-select the project of interest to them (whether to learn, to contribute or both) and work together as a group, roughly in the style of Mob Programming.
