   Adding dependencies, basics of SemVer, symbol exporting, and Chris' favorite confusing error: why two types which are spelled the same aren’t interchangeable (same crate, different version) [Level: Beginner/Intermediate]
3. Idiomatic Error Handling in Rust by Brad G.
   Rust's Error handling is quite different from languages which have `Exceptions` or using "sentinel" values (e.g. -1 means error). What should one do to use Rust's Error handling system effectively? [Level: Beginner & Intermediate]
