Autumnal Sake Pairing Dinner: Itsumono

Important: This event is ticketed. RSVP at itsumonoseattle@gmail.com. The ticket is $25 and includes the sake flight. Multi course food pairing is optional, just mention it in your email. Bottles will be available for purchase.

The sake will be run by the Namazake WA team, with food by the Itsumono kitchen.

As we transition into fall, we start to focus on kimoto and yamahai styles - things with more umami and complexity that hold up at a variety of temperatures. We will also highlight some aged sakes!
