Paddle Alder Lake

I will watch the weather and update this paddle if needed, this lake is huge and beautiful! We paddle up to the mouth of the Little Nisqually River, which is a no wake zone, so it is peaceful and quiet.
Meeting at the Alder Lake boat launch @ 10:30 AM, and paddle for about 3 hours. The boat launch is off School Rd. This is the closet address to it-
50324 School Rd, Eatonville, WA 98328.
The ramp is on the left , at the first curve in the road before this park.
Good parking with clean bathrooms.
Because this is a very large lake, for your safety and the safety of the group this is not a suitable paddle for beginners-
required equipment for this events is;
Kayak- Minimum 13' long.
Paddle- it is recommended to carry a spare paddle.
PFD -No PFD, no paddling with this group.
Whistle.
Spare set of dry clothes/towel -with you in your kayak.
Dry Bag for your dry clothes/snacks/gear.
Plenty of Water and lunch.
Dress for the water temperature-Wear drysuit, wetsuit or quick drying clothes, spandex, nylon etc. * no cotton, no jeans.
