Fast, Flexible, Easy-to-use library preparation methods for Illumina NGS

Jonathan Bibliowicz, PhD, Senior Sequencing Specialist at Illumina returns to the Seattle Sequencing Meetup to introduce Illumina's latest advancements in sequencing chemistry.

Whether you are performing whole genome sequencing on blood and saliva samples or you are interested targeted resequencing of FFPE samples, Illumina’s Nextera Flex chemistry (Bead-Linked Transposome) offers fast, easy to use options. The innovative Flex technology allows researchers to quickly and easily perform whole genome or targeted sequencing from a variety of different sample sources with minimal input DNA requirements.

The new Nextera Flex for Enrichment extends the bead-linked transposome chemistry to offer extraordinary flexibility for input type, input amount, and a wide range of supported enrichment sequencing applications encompassing custom panels, fixed panels, and whole-exome sequencing from Illumina or third-party vendors.
