run, walk, jog as long as it’s slow AF. We will meet by the gasworks bathrooms, and will start around 8:15 and go towards UW medical center and back to gasworks (Roughly 3 miles), plan to meet after around 9 am at old salt fish and bagel in fremont at 3621 Stone Way N, Seattle, WA 98103

run, jog, walk around from Golden Gardens to the Ballard Farmer’s Market along the Burke Gilman Trail (~2.8 miles) - as long as it’s slow AF! We will meet at the Golden Gardens Playgroundound at 8, will start running around 8:15 and plan to grab food/drink at the farmer’s market around 9 am. If you’re feeling spunky run, jog, walk back after that (or find an electricic scooter/bike/uber - we won’t judge you) - cheers!

run, jog, walk around greenlake - as long as it’s slow AF! Dogs welcome. We will meet by the Starbucks at 8 am and start running counterclockwise at 8:15 am, will meet at Starbucks after around 9 am. cheers!

We will be doing an out and back trip meeting on the Burke Gilman trail next to Post doc kenmore, we will start running at 4:15 pm and head towards Lyon Creek Waterfront Preserve for 3.4 miles. Plan to grab food/drink at Post doc kenmore at around 8. Cheers!
