Kenmore slow AF run

run, jog, walk - as long as it’s slow AF! Dogs welcome. We will be doing an out and back trip meeting on the Burke Gilman trail next to the 192 Brewing Company / The Lake Trail Taproom, we will start running at 7:15 and head towards Lyon Creek Waterfront Preserve for 3.4 miles. Plan to grab food/drink at 192 Brewing Company / The Lake Trail Taproom at around 8. Cheers!
