Slow run and slow paddle

Plan to meet at Agua Verde to run along the Burke Gilman towards gasworks and back for ~3 miles total. The run walk jog will start at 9:15. We will launch paddle boards from Agua Verde ~10 am for a paddle around lake Union. Agua verde does have paddle board rentals and they open at 10 am boards may be limited so plan accordingly :) Please bring your personal flotation device, water, hats, sunblock, snacks.
