Our last roller skating meetup was such a blast—it’s honestly the most fun I’ve had in a long time. No pressure to be an A+ skater (or even skate the whole time). It’s a super chill, come-as-you-are event where the main goal is just to have fun. And if you’re into throwback hip hop, the music is awesome.

This one’s a 21+ Saturday night skate with old school, funk, and hip hop music. Yes, it’s a late one—but that’s when they play the best music, and there aren’t any kids around.

Cost: $18 + $5 skate rental

Let’s meet right outside the door at 9 PM. Timing’s flexible, but it’s easiest to find the group at the start. The venue’s open until midnight, but it’s totally ok if you don’t last that long. And no worries about parking—there’s a designated lot.
