Another Saturday, another skate night!
No pressure to be an A+ skater (or even skate the whole time). It’s a super chill, come-as-you-are event where the goal is simply to have fun — and if you’re into throwback hip hop, the music is awesome.
Where to meet:
I’ll be standing outside right at 9 PM, but we usually grab a table in the back near the skate rental counter.
This one’s a 21+ Saturday night skate with old school, funk, and hip hop music. Yes, it’s a late one — but that’s when they play the best music, and there aren’t any kids around.
Cost: $18 + $5 skate rental
Music: Old school, funk, hip hop
Age: 21+ only
Timing is flexible, but it’s easiest to find the group at the start. The venue is open until midnight, but it’s totally fine if you don’t stay that long.
Parking is easy — there’s a designated lot.
