Ok! We’re getting back on the monthly book club track and going a slightly different direction this month. We’ll also try a Sunday afternoon meetup now that football season is finished.

This month, we’re reading Atomic Habits by James Clear, one of the most popular personal development books about building better habits and achieving goals through small, consistent changes.

Book ratings:
Atomic Habits has around 4.8 stars on Amazon and 4.3 stars on Goodreads from over a million readers, making it one of the most widely loved books in this space.

For the discussion, we’ll talk about what stood out to you, what you learned, and how you’re planning to apply ideas from the book in your real life.

About the book:
Atomic Habits explores how small, consistent changes can lead to meaningful results over time. James Clear shares practical strategies for building good habits, breaking bad ones, and designing systems that make positive behavior easier to maintain. Drawing on psychology, neuroscience, and real-life stories, the book offers simple, actionable tools to help you create lasting change in everyday life.

Discussion ideas:
• One habit you want to build
• One habit you want to break
• A strategy from the book you plan to try

RSVP note (please read):
To help with reservations, please RSVP only if you’re reasonably sure you can attend, and update your RSVP in advance if your plans change. This makes coordinating with the venue much easier.

Looking forward to another great discussion
