Orbitar: Seattle's Smash 4 Local (more serious gaming)

My friends are doing a more serious tournament on Tuesday 18+. Our even on Thursday is just casual and drinking 21+.

Bring your controller out on Tuesday for a new Washington Smashfest, proudly hosted inside the Seattle city limits at Raygun Lounge! We’ll be running brackets for Smash 4 one Tuesday per month, though the frequency is subject to change based on demand. In addition to the tournament, we’ll have setups dedicated to friendlies. Smashers of all skill levels are welcome!

SCHEDULE: Registration from 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM PST, bracket from 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM PST
ENTRY: Free
TOURNAMENT RULES:
• Singles, double elimination, best of 3 (best of 5 in WF, LF, and GF), 2 stocks, 6 minutes, items/customization off, Mii Fighters allowed (any moves, standard guest Miis only)
• Starting stages: Battlefield (Miiverse if agreed upon), Dream Land, Final Destination (Omegas if agreed upon), Smashville, Town & City.
• Counterpick stages: Duck Hunt, Lylat Cruise.
• Character selection occurs first, followed by starter stage striking (in a 1-2-1 format beginning with the victor of rock-paper-scissors). Match winner may change characters but must do so before loser selects. Match winner may ban two stages before the counterpick is chosen.
