Hi, my Name is Martin, I will be guiding you through Dahn Mu Do, Tai Chi. I’ve been teaching this form of Tai Chi for over 5 years and I am looking forward to sharing this with you.
We begin class with 18 joint exercises and stretching, then move with the 7 basic Tai Chi forms that open and awaken the bodies natural energy system, allowing you to feel into your body deeply. We then do slow energy movement and finish with a short meditation.
Consistent Tai Chi practice can improve a persons mood, energy, pain, sleep, balance/flexibility, and strength.
