Cliff enjoyed a 10-year NFL career as a defensive end that started in 2008 when he was drafted in the third round by the Detroit Lions. After playing in Detroit for 5 seasons, Cliff joined the Seattle Seahawks.

Following the 2013 season, as a member of the Seahawks, Cliff won a Super Bowl- making history along the way by recording the fastest score in NFL history. More than making a name for himself on the field, Cliff has become entrenched in communities around the world.

Named the 2016 Seahawks Walter Payton Man of the Year, Avril was
recognized for his impact off the field.

Cliff is the CEO of a Seattle based real estate investment and development company, CA Family Properties. Specializing in the purchase and renovation of values-added multifamily projects, CAFP owns
and manages 100+ units in Seattle, Huntsville, Alabama and Chicago, IL.
CAFP and Cohen Properties formed the joint venture, C&A Development and is in the process of designing and permitting multiple
projects. Cliff is also co-owner and developing partner in AM and BAM Homes. Both companies focus on infill single family, luxury homes in Bellevue, WA. 

Cliff has participated and invested in numerous multifamily
funds and syndications with Thor, Morgan & Co, and True Capital to name a few.
