Seward Park and Ethiopian lunch

Details

Today, we will explore Seward Park, then enjoy some Ethiopian food for lunch. We will start the walk at Columbia City Link station. Look for the group at the plaza on the north side of MLK (https://maps.app.goo.gl/dwjMvkopyCzSUNVQA). We will then walk from there to Seward Park, along a route featuring some staircases and water views. Once in Seward Park, we will loop around, passing through the forest with more water views, then head up the hill for Habesha Cafe for food. After lunch, we will walk to Othello station (just under 1 mile) to board Link and complete the trip.

Total distance should be about 8 miles, with a mixture of sidewalk, trail, and staircase, with multiple ups and downs. Dogs are welcome on this walk - to accommodate them (including mine), we will order our lunch takeout and eat it at a park 3 blocks from the restaurant, rather than at the restaurant itself (feel free to bring your own food instead, if you prefer).
