• Presentation 1 - Real-World Tuning of Valkey: A Deep Dive into SLOs, Benchmarking Toolkits, and Parameters. Join a hands on production tuning session for Valkey. Khawaja Shams from Momento and Yao Yue from IOP Systems will start with an SLO an try to drive Valkey as hot as possible while meeting the SLO. They'll dive into the benchmarking and instrumentation tools that help you identify the parameters to tune and dive deeper into instance sizing, core pinning, and other techniques. You'll walk away with the recipe to make Valkey scale, a new toolset for benchmarking, and techniques you can apply to other systems in your core infra.
• Presentation 2 - Memcached de-mystified by Qu Chen (AWS software engineer). We want to do something different this time and talk about other caching technologies.
