Sunset Hike at Mt.Rainier

Join us for wild flowers and a sunset view over Tahoma (aka Mount Rainier). End of July is normally when she is abloom with wildflowers such as lupine, lilies and paintbrush.
Details:
-Leave Seattle around 2:30
-Arrive at Sunrise Visitor Center around 4:30
-Do short wildflower hike (TBD)
-Hike up to Fremont Lookout to meet 8:45 pm sunset (~6 miles round trip /1200 feet elevation gain https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/mount-fremont-lookout)
-Walk back to Sunrise Visitor Center and drive back to Seattle
Please note that the hike back from the lookout will be in the dark, so warm layers and headlamp are required. Each driver will also need their own America The Beautiful Pass to park at Sunrise. Per park recommendations we are limiting group size to 12 so PLEASE only RSVP if you plan to come!
