(Free) Spirit Guides Meditation - Seattle

Hello dear Souls! 🥳🕊️🫧 Come practice with us this meditation specifically geared towards helping us connect with our Spirit Guides. It was developed by Suzanne Giesemann who used to work in the Pentagon 😮 and after a series of personal events became an evidential medium. 🧘‍♀️🙏 It's available for free on her website (links below). It's a step by step process that helps us gradually shift our awareness from our human perspective to our Soul's perspective.

I'll also be sharing information about "meditation aids" as presented by the L/L Research channeling group including certain types of crystals, non-metallic pyramid frames, and lots more! Plus, it's even easier to deepen our brainwave state when meditating in a group. 🤓 Come have fun with us, rest your awareness from the busyness all around and make some friends! 🥳

PARKING
There is free parking underneath the library with the entrance on 24th Ave. Otherwise, there's usually plenty of street parking around. :)

SCHEDULE
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of time so you can find parking and our room. Here's an approximate schedule of what we'll be doing.
3:30pm mingling
3:45pm brief overview
4pm guided meditation
5pm open talk
5:30pm depart

WHAT TO BRING
Dress comfortably in layers. It's common for the body to go through temperature changes the deeper you relax into meditation. We'll be sitting for a while so bring a seat cushion or pillow if you want to make your seat even more comfortable. ☺️ Also, it might be good to bring a light snack for yourself like a fruit, snack bar or chocolate for example to help "ground" you back after the meditation. 😄
