## About this event
Join us for Rock Talks and hear from some of the smartest people in the SBP community! Hosted in West Wall Cafe by SBP member and scientist Isiah R. Newbins, UW PhD research students will share short, engaging talks about how the natural world works — from geology and ecology to genetics and paleobiology. Each speaker will give a 10-minute talk followed by audience questions, with topics designed to be both educational and entertaining for the average dirtbag (stick figure whiteboard drawings included).
