Speak Cantonese (via Zoom) While Learning to Read Classical Chinese

Details
So please come (if you speak enough Cantonese to function in it, ideally also recognise some Chinese characters, AND) if you're interested in learning Classical Chinese. I have some little anecdote(s) that you'll be reading. And, as we gradually encounter grammar and vocabulary that differ from Cantonese, I'll explain those things. As a side-benefit, learning Classical vocab. that differs from Cantonese will increase your Cantonese vocabulary, because these Classical words do occur within compounds in Cantonese, and we'll pay attention to this.
-- (Classical Chinese, in case you might not be sure what it is, was the literary language = how speakers of all Chinese languages --unless they were purposely using an informal style-- wrote things up through the 1920s, in which decade, then, the "May-Fourth Movement" occurred, which led to the teaching of Written Mandarin in Chinese schools.)
