🏁 FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS AZERBAIJAN GRAND PRIX 2026 - Race (Virtual Live)

🏁 SATURDAY RACE ALERT — Baku Watch Party!

FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS AZERBAIJAN GRAND PRIX 2026
Saturday, Sept 26 | 12∼2 PM (Virtual Live)

Yes, you read that right — Saturday, not Sunday. Don't show up a day late!

Baku is breaking tradition this weekend. F1 usually lives for Sundays, but the entire Azerbaijan weekend has been shifted forward 24 hours — Practice on Thursday, Qualifying on Friday, and Race on Saturday, Sept 26.

Why? Following a request from the Azerbaijan promoter and relevant government stakeholders to accommodate a national day. The race was originally slated for Sunday, Sept 27, but was moved to Saturday to avoid clashing with Azerbaijan's annual Day of Remembrance / national holiday on Sept 27.

That makes 2026 special — only two Saturday races on the calendar: Baku and Las Vegas.

Why this one is unmissable:

Baku always delivers chaos. The Baku City Circuit — castle walls, 2.2km flat-out straight, tightest street section in F1. No room for error, perfect for safety cars and shock results.
The calendar twist. We get to do a rare Saturday watch party. Same big screens, same loud crowd, just a day early.
New-era street fight. 2026 cars on a street circuit with 90-degree corners and slipstream wars — drivers will be learning to adapt all weekend.

Grab a pint, have some grub, and let's watch Baku do what Baku does best — surprise everyone. See you Saturday!
