LEARN HOW TO BE AN ART MODEL

For generations, Artist’s Models have been used in the most famous works of art. If you’ve ever thought about being a participant in works of art, need some extra cash with a schedule that YOU control, or want to just be a part of art but have no artistic talent - this might be for you! We aim to include models of all gender, size, ethnicity, age, etc. Every body is different, beautiful & interesting in their own way!
This class is geared toward beginning models.
You will:
* Learn about the types of modeling
* Learn about marketing yourself
* Learn safety during your modeling sessions
* Have the opportunity to model (nude) for real artists
* Book one open studio session at @sundayfigureartseattle Seattle series (psst! this one gig can replace the cost of training!)
* Gain a solid reference for art school and community artist applications
MODEL TRAINEES ONLY:
11 am- 2 pm lecture/practice
2 pm - 3 pm Lunch Break!
MODEL TRAINEES AND ARTISTS BOTH:
3 pm- 6 pm Models practice everything they’ve learned in that morning. Artists will be privately invited to meet and create art from the newly-trained models (nude short poses). Artists may arrive at 2:30 to set up.
MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER
