Join IxDA Seattle for Movie Club, where we watch and discuss a design related movie or documentary. This month, we'll be watching Squads.

How are the world’s most successful teams breaking down silos, building trust, and fostering collaboration vital to business growth? The fast-moving pace of the tech world has caused entire industries to be upended within the span of a few years. This new reality is motivating many businesses to transform the way they work and adopt new organizational models that better enable teams to move fast and innovate.

Squads, a documentary film by InVision, goes inside the product organizations at some of the most innovative companies on earth, including Airbnb, Atlassian, Consensys, ING, YouTube, and others; and through interviews with thought-leading luminaries, including the co-creator of Scrum, Jeff Sutherland, and Spotify’s squad model co-creator, Henrik Kniberg.
