1 Hour Hackathon + Presentations!
Details
Join us every other week for a Seattle JS Hackathon session stewarded through frg.earth.
These sessions are for builders, researchers, designers, and technically curious people who want focused time to make real progress on software, research tooling, public-interest systems, creative compute projects, or experimental web work.
Each hackathon has a loose focus direction posted ahead of time when possible. You are welcome to follow that direction, bring your own project, pair with others, or use the session as structured build time.
If you cannot join live, I do my best to post the current hackathon focus so people can still follow along asynchronously and contribute in their own time.
This is a working session, not a lecture. Bring a laptop, an idea, a bug, a repo, a question, or just curiosity.
Good fits:
- JavaScript / TypeScript projects
- Web apps, tools, prototypes, and agents
- Research-adjacent software
- Open source experiments
- Creative or public-facing technical work
- People looking for focused build momentum
All skill levels are welcome. The main expectation is respect for others’ time, work, and attention.
