Thursday 6 PM Climbing @ Exit 38 Deception Crags

Let's go climbing every Thursday evening! We will meet at Exit 38 I-90 at 6 pm meet in the parking lot at Exit 38, bring a Discover Pass. All levels of experience are welcome. But you should know how to top rope belay.
Please bring Harness, shoes, Rope if able, Belay device, and helmet to participate. The crags are a 10=15 min hike from the car, so bring water and snacks if you dont want to trek to the car to get them. The climbs are typically shaded in the afternoon.
Deception Crags has some moderate TR and lead opportunities, as well as more advanced 5.10 and 5.10+ leading and seconding at both Deception Crags and Nevermind.
The best guide for the area is the now out-of-print guidebook by Kurt Hicks, a local guide.
The event is scheduled for 6pm to 9:30pm.

We will meet in the parking lot at Exit 38 Deception Crags at 6pm. Please use WhatsApp if you are going to be late and we could wait for you.
