The Goosebumps Race Series is back!

Join us on Lake Union as Seattle’s favorite laid-back winter sailing tradition kicks off its 2026 season.

Goosebumps Race Series is a winter sailing race series on Lake Union in Seattle, hosted by the Seattle Singles Yacht Club. Racing takes place on Sundays from January 11 through February 15, with simple courses, two weekly starts, and a focus on fun, approachable competition.

### What to know:

• 6 Sunday races between January 11 – February 15
• “Just for fun” racing — no handicap scoring
• Two starts each week (fast boats + all others)
• Open to SSYC members and registered participants
• Results posted online after each race

⛵ Boats, course, and race committee are provided by SSYC.
You do not need to race every week — each race stands on its own.
