Preview the Lake Wilderness Triathlon. We will do a 400 yard swim, then preview the sprint bike and run course. If we have a ride leader, we will preview the Olympic bike course as well. Due to insurance reasons, minors are not allowed to participate.

We will have bike racks on site, those that need practice setting up transition can do so. Bring everything you would bring to a race including repair supplies for your bike, and any nutrition and hydration.

We will not be going at race pace. The goal is to get familiar with the venue and practice your race day process.

We have some volunteers for the following activities, but if you are able to volunteer, do please let me know so we can plan for the unexpected. Bike rack set up, gear watchers, snacks, team tent set up, paddle boarders, run and bike lead and sweeper, as well as having a support car ready just in case.

All participants will need to sign the STG waiver online. In order to participate in any Seattle Triathlon Group event, you must sign our electronic waiver. Waivers only need to be signed once per calendar year or if your contact info has changed. As this is early season, if you participated in an event with us in 2024 you likely still have an active waiver from last year - you can login to your account at https://www.seattletri.org/dashboard to check. We will only be accepting electronic waivers - please complete the waiver ahead of time! No waiver, no participation.
