The Pre-Beta Club is a gathering for anyone building early-stage software... whether it's a website, an app, an AI tool, or something still sketched on paper.
This isn't about polished launches or pitch decks. It's a feedback crit focused on the messy, curious "what if?" stage where your software idea is still taking shape. We'll share work-in-progress, give and receive real feedback, and learn from one another along the way.
If you've been working on a digital product and want honest critique from peers who get it—this is the place for you.

📅 HOW IT WORKS

  • Three or four 20-minute presentation slots — builders share their software work-in-progress
  • Structured feedback — you'll learn how we give and receive critique
  • Open conversation — reflect on the work, celebrate progress, and spot next steps

Every session will feel a little different, but the core is the same: a supportive space to strengthen your software product through peer feedback.

🧰 WHAT TO BRING

  • Your work-in-progress software (sketches, prototypes, early builds—whatever stage you're at)
  • A specific question or area where you'd like feedback
  • Openness to critique and curiosity about others' work

✨ WHY JOIN?
Your software product benefits from real feedback early and often. You'll get honest critique from builders who understand the craft, momentum from working alongside others, and the accountability that comes from sharing your work.

👋 WHO'S YOUR HOST?
I'm Marc Krejci, a designer and facilitator who's spent over two decades helping software ideas take shape—at startups, inside big tech companies, and now alongside founders and makers at the earliest stages.
What I've learned: building something new is rarely straightforward.

The Pre-Beta Club is my way of creating a consistent space where we can develop our software products together; giving honest feedback on half-formed ideas, learning from experiments that don't land, and spotting the sparks that lead to the next iteration.
