Volunteer work party at new writing center

Olympia's new writing center needs your help! The rooms are painted and the furniture is assembled. Now comes decorating fun!
All volunteers who participate will receive a free pass to the writing center for the entire month of June. (A $85 value!)
Join us this Sunday (5/24) from 1pm-4pm to help put together the new writing center at Kosmo Coworking.
What we'll be doing:
- Hanging art in the raven room
- Organizing books in the vault library
- Sorting craft supplies
- Repotting plants
- Mounting "artist of the month" art in main room
- Touching up paint (no big painting jobs!)
- Labeling things with a label maker
- Debating rug choices and lighting settings
- Making bold asthetic decor decisions
- Eating snacks
No need to bring any supplies. Snacks, coffee and water provided.
Location:
Kosmo Coworking
123 Washington St NE, Olympia.
First floor in the Rockway-Leland building. Next door to Underhill Plants. Kitty-corner from the downtown bus transit station.
Street parking is free on Sunday. Plus, you can park for free in the state workers' parking lot right across the street on weekends.
