There is a saying that one bad apple spoils the whole barrel. In the workplace, toxic behaviour rarely stays isolated – it can weaken trust, performance, and the overall team culture.

In this Uncharted Leadership event, we invite leaders, managers, and anyone interested in leadership topics to explore how toxic behaviour shows up in the workplace, how it impacts teams, and what responsibility leaders have in addressing it.

During the panel discussion, we will explore questions such as:

  • How much toxicity can be tolerated before a leader must act?
  • Are toxic environments created by individuals – or by leadership that allows them?
  • Can toxic behaviour be identified during the hiring process?
  • Is it possible to manage toxic behaviour, or is letting go sometimes the only solution?

Speakers:
Ilma Mažeikienė, Head of HR at SEB Baltic division
Rasa Katilienė, PhD, president and Board Member of ICF (International Coaching Federation) Lithuania, Coaching practitioner.
Gabija Tomkutė, anesthesiologist–intensive care physician, Chair of the Santaros Doctors’ Professional Union, member of the VULSK Ethics Committee.

The panel discussion will last around 60 minutes, followed by a Q&A session and networking. Total event duration: ~1.5 hours.

This event is the 8th edition of SEB’s Uncharted Leadership series, which brings together leaders from different organizations to discuss timely leadership topics and exchange practical experience.
