Welcome to Resilient Soul Wellness. We are a local wellness center located in Sebastian that offers holistic techniques to help everyday people and children manage stress, promote wellbeing, and re-ignite excitement, passion, and purpose in life. We take a personal approach to wellness designed to support the whole person through mind-body-spirit integration that cultivates health from within.
We host live community connection and educational wellness events on a range of topics. Most of our events are in person but some will allow for virtual attendance. We also offer several yoga classes each week, monthly sound bath meditations, and other events. We hope to see you at an event soon!
