I will be performing a sacred sound bath make sure u wear comfy clothing , yoga mat, water bottle, and blanket (optional)
What fo expect
I will be playing a variety of instruments, creating a continuous flow of sounds and vibrations.
The focus is on relaxation and letting go.
Participants are encouraged to close their eyes and surrender to the experience.
The sounds may evoke feelings of peace, calm, and introspection.
Some people may experience altered states of consciousness or visualizations.
