Life, Lately: What Feels Like You? What you did for the "should"?
Details
On paper, life may look fine.
You’re working, making plans, keeping things moving.
And yet, somewhere underneath, you may be wondering:
Does the life I’m living still feel like me?
Not because everything is wrong. Perhaps
something has simply started to shift.
This 90-minute gathering is an invitation to pause, meet thoughtful people, and notice what feels genuinely yours—and what you may be carrying out of habit, expectation, or a quiet sense of “I should.”
You don’t need to be going through a dramatic life change. You don’t need to arrive with answers. Curiosity is enough.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Arriving together · 15 minutes
We’ll begin with a simple check-in: “If the past six months of your life were a kind of weather, what would they be?”
Life, lately · 50 minutes
After a few quiet minutes to reflect, we’ll have relaxed conversations in pairs or small groups. You can begin with whichever question feels right:
• What in your life feels genuinely like you right now?
• What has been taking most of your energy lately?
• Is there anything you keep doing mainly because you feel you “should”?
• What no longer fits as naturally as it once did?
We’ll listen without analysing, advising, or trying to solve one another’s lives.
A question to take with you · 15 minutes
We’ll close with: “What would you like to pay more attention to in the coming month?”
Stay and connect · 10 minutes
A little extra space to continue a conversation or meet someone new.
THIS GATHERING MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF…
• You’re living or working internationally
• You’re between chapters—or sense that change may be coming
• Things look fine, but something no longer feels fully aligned
• You enjoy meaningful conversations beyond ordinary networking
• You’d like to meet thoughtful people without pressure to impress
Small, welcoming and gently facilitated.
You’re free to share, listen, or pass at any time.
No preparation is needed.
