Welcome! This group is for single women in the Fort Collins and Loveland area who are entering (or already in) the empty nest chapter and are curious about creating a more intentional, connected way of living.

As our children grow and move into their own lives, many of us find ourselves asking:
What do I want the next phase of my life to look like? How can I reduce costs? How can I free up more time?

Instead of navigating this season alone, we’re exploring the possibility of intentional community and co-living — built around:

Like-minded connection
Mutual support
Shared responsibility and division of labor
Financial and practical collaboration
Independence alongside community

This group is a space to have real conversations about what that could look like here in Northern Colorado. We’ll explore different models of co-living, discuss logistics and boundaries, and see whether there’s potential to eventually create something tangible together.
