Second Week Writing

Low pressure meet up to do writing sprints, meet other writers and commiserate. This event is open to any writing style, genre, or project - including those who aren't working on a particular project. The goal is just to get pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard as the case may be).

Format:
Quick introductions and a 5 minute warm up exercise, followed by 10-15 minute writing sprints. The writing sprints will be free-writes, allowing you to work on whatever you like.

What to bring:
Whatever you like to write with: notebooks, pens, pencils, laptop, inspo materials etc.
You do not need to have anything prepared ahead of time. The format does not include any sharing or critique - just writing.

There are other great writing meet ups in the area. This is intended as a supplement, a way to keep the momentum going in the weeks between other meetings.
