Meet in the lobby of the QK Hotel at 7 AM.

Plenty of free parking available in the Waikiki Shell parking lot on Monsarrat Ave, or the metered parking along Kalakaua Ave is free until 10 am.

Run for time, or run for fun!

We do a short warm-up together at the Diamond Head side of the Waikiki Shell parking lot. Workout consists of the Park 5K (1.5x around Kapiolani Park) or Diamond Head clockwise hill loop (~ 4 miles). Everyone runs at their own pace. The workout is followed by stretching afterwards.
