TNT: Explosive run workout!
Tuesday Night Training every week at 6 pm.
We meet at Ala Moana Beach Park for some interval run training.
All levels welcome, no matter your experience. Walkers and beginners encouraged to attend, as we are doing short, repeats. Our training consists of warm up, drills, main workout, core, and stretching.
Meet us near lifeguard tower 1E and the Magic Island parking lot. There is plenty of free parking, and restrooms are nearby.
WORKOUT: Pre-marathon prep training day. 6-8 x 400 meter at marathon pace with 60-90 second recovery.
