Sunday Long Run: Honolulu Marathon Training- BEACH TO BEACH

Aloha!
This week is a group favorite, we will be running from beach to beach. We start at Kailua Beach and will run to Ala Moana Beach = about 15 miles.
We will have carpool to help coordinate all of us: Link coming soon
Dont want to do the whole 15 miles? There will be a half way options as well.
We finish our out calendar year with training for the Honolulu Marathon. Many of our group runners are registered for the Marathon, Start to Park 10K, or Merrie Mile which is in December.
However, if you are just running to get in shape, or stay in shape - you will fit in with us just fine.

We usually do out and backs. Meaning you can turn around at any point to fit your own schedule. We also try to split up into different pace groups depending on who showsup this week. We don't leave anyone behind.
